FAQ & Payment Guide
Everything you need to know about the DeepScan manual crypto payment flow, SCANS credits, and account verification.
Manual crypto payment — read carefully
We do NOT charge your wallet automatically. You must manually send the funds from your wallet, then submit the transaction hash so an admin can verify and credit your SCANS.
- 1Copy receiving address
On the payment page, copy the dedicated DeepScan receiving wallet address for your selected network (SOL, Base ETH, or BNB).
- 2Send exact amount from your wallet
Open your own wallet (Phantom, MetaMask, etc.), paste the address, and send the estimated crypto amount on the correct network. Use the SAME wallet you log into DeepScan with.
- 3Paste tx hash & click 'I Have Paid'
Copy the transaction hash from your wallet, paste it on the payment request page, and click 'I Have Paid'. Verification takes 1–24 hours.
Frequently asked questions
How does payment work on DeepScan?+
Payments are 100% manual. DeepScan does NOT auto-debit your wallet.
You complete three steps yourself:
- Copy the DeepScan receiving wallet address shown on your payment request page.
- Open your own wallet (Phantom, MetaMask, Trust, etc.) and send the estimated crypto amount on the correct network.
- Paste the transaction hash back on the payment request page and click I Have Paid.
After that an admin verifies the transaction on-chain and credits your SCANS — usually within 1–24 hours.
Why isn't payment automatic with a wallet pop-up?+
DeepScan uses a manual, audit-friendly model: you keep full control of your funds, sign the transaction in your own wallet, and our team verifies it on-chain before crediting credits. There is no smart-contract approval and no recurring charge.
Which networks and currencies are accepted?+
- Solana — pay in SOL
- Base (Ethereum L2) — pay in ETH
- BNB Chain (BSC) — pay in BNB
Where do I find the receiving wallet address?+
After you click Continue to payment on the Buy SCANS page, you land on a Payment Request page. The receiving wallet address for your selected network is shown there with a one-click Copy address button.
How much do I send?+
The Payment Request page shows the exact estimated crypto amount (e.g. 0.0521 SOL) based on the live USD price at the moment your request was created. Send that amount from your wallet. If the live price moves slightly between request creation and sending, our team accounts for normal fluctuation during verification.
What is the minimum purchase?+
Minimum 100 SCANS ($10). 1 SCAN = $0.10.
What if I forget to submit the tx hash?+
Your purchase will not be credited. SCANS are only released after you submit the on-chain transaction hash on the Payment Request page AND it is confirmed by an admin. If you've already sent funds, open the Payment Request and paste the tx hash as soon as possible.
Should I send from any wallet?+
No. Send funds only from the same wallet you use to log into DeepScan. This is how we match your on-chain payment to your DeepScan account.
What if I sent to the wrong network or wrong address?+
Funds sent to a wrong network or wrong address can be permanently lost. Always double-check the receiving address and the selected network in your wallet before confirming the transaction.
How long does verification take?+
Usually 1–24 hours. You can safely close the browser after submitting the tx hash — we'll process in the background. Track status anytime in Purchases.
Will I get a refund if something fails?+
Yes — if a research run fails server-side, SCANS are refunded to your balance automatically. If your on-chain payment is rejected (wrong amount, wrong network, missing hash), our team will contact you via the Payment Request page admin notes.
Can I cancel a payment request?+
Yes — while it's still Awaiting payment. Once you've submitted a transaction hash and clicked I Have Paid, the request enters admin review and the cancel button is hidden.
